Can you eat vegan and gluten free in Den Bosch?

You can definitely travel to Den Bosch as a gluten free vegan. There are a couple restaurants with safe options.

You can also make your own food if your prefer, just be sure to get a hotel room with a kitchen, or at least a microwave.

Does Den Bosch have vegan and gluten free options?

I was able to find three restaurants I would personally feel safe eating at.

One is a gelato shop, a great place to stop for dessert. The other two are nicer restaurants that I recommend getting reservations for in advance.

Many cafes have coffee and other drinks with gluten free and vegan options. You can also pick up snacks or ingredients for the day at one of the grocery stores.

Is it hard to be vegan and gluten free in Den Bosch?

Potentially. There are not many restaurants with options for gluten free vegans in Den Bosch. None of the ones that do have options are dedicated gluten free or vegan.

There are definitely restaurants that have gluten free options on their menus but they can’t guarantee there is no cross contamination. Deciding to eat at these restaurants is up to you and your comfort level.

There are also not many restaurants that have overlapping vegan and gluten free options. Some may be able to make modifications to their gluten free items to make them vegan, or vice versa.

If you are worried about options or safety and only plan to visit Den Bosch for a short time, consider staying in a larger city like Utrecht and take a day trip to Den Bosch.

If you are willing to make your own food, you won’t have any trouble finding food at the grocery stores.
